Little Tiddles Soft play reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice, the deposit will be forfeited. However please note that the deposit can be used to re-book a party on another day.

We are unable to guarantee the weather and therefore recommend that the equipment be used indoors, or suitable cover be arranged in the form of party tent etc, we will not refund any monies if weather turns bad on day if hire and no alternative cover has been arranged.

If the weather is unsuitable on the actual day of event and an outdoor party has been booked then we will contact the customer to give the chance of changing the venue or date. Please note the Gazebo’s are only showerproof and not completely waterproof, they are not designed to withstand heavy rain or long periods of rain. If the weather turns so bad on the day of hire and the Gazebo’s have been hired but prove to provide insufficient cover against the weather then the customer will only be charged 50% of the total cost.
